Sometime before Christmas 2011 the Philippine Blog Awards laucnhed a project with Habitat for Humanity; called the Bloggers for Habitat YB Philippines – the project aims to raise a home to be built this coming May. A home is one of the most basic things that any creature … any fellow human being needs to survive. Alas. it is not easy to build a house … a place one could call home. It is one of the most basic of all human needs.
This is why we have launched and we are pursuing project. ANd this is why we are inviting everyone to be part of this project.

Thank you for organizing this project, Philippine Blog Awards. I’m sure a lot of bloggers will be willing to help. For starters, I’m going to spread the word. I hope that many houses will be built through this project. It must be amazing to see the joy in someone’s eyes knowing that they already have a place they can call home.
It is a very good aim since family is the foundation of the society and it starts from a home. Everyone deserves to have a peaceful home!
