   Ouch!…My Blog’s design was not accepted..I have designed it manually without using any templates.

   Oh well, Better luck next time.

   I feel your pain. My otakufridge.com was not based on a template either (I was following its original web 1.0 look and customized it for Blogger), but I’m just happy that my sister won. Hahahaha! Let’s try again next year. Reluctant Stylista really does deserve this award. =^_^=
