First of all on behalf of the Philippine Blog Awards I would like to apologize. We recently discovered that an isolated technical glitch left nine blogs out of the Best Blog – Personal Category.
Second, we are including the nine blogs in the category for judging. one of this is your blog. We will be posting the list of eligible and qualified blogs on announcement that will be posted on the blog.
Third, because of this the list of finalists and will winner will not be known until just before the Awards night itself.
The PBA would like to apologize for this, thank Benj Espina for helping us and would like to reassure you that the situation has been rectified.

yes, glitches may happen along the way, but what is important is that PBA is taking the necessary measures to rectify the matter.

Yeah, I looked at the 3 emails sent to me by PBA. I submitted one of my blogs for the News/Media Category, but the blog was confirmed for Hobby/Recreation.
I just realized it. Are there other bloggers who experienced the same thing?

I can help with the glitch by informing you that I have not been nominated to the personal blog category. If I am not mistaken, my nomination is for the Best Single Blog Post Division – Personal. I think there is a difference between this and the personal blog category because the personal blog category belongs to the “Best blog division.” Those of you who are erronously nominated to this category I suggest that you inform the committee to help them correct the glitch.
If I am not mistaken the list here is for the “Best single blog post category – Personal” and not the “Best blog division category-personal.” Just clarifying it because the heading in this post says “Personal blog category” instead of “Personal-Single blog post category.” More power and congrats to all !
I’m honored to be on the nomination list but sorry I can’t make it to Manila, I’m based in Cebu and the weather is not so good right now. I’m informing the commitee so that my seat can be given to another. I’ll just be watching the awards night streaming live. (Hope there will be no interuptions and hope that somebody will upload it in a video sharing site somewhere in case there are those who couldn’t watch it streaming)
By the way this is the “Best single – blog post division” so it might have been helpful if the link direct to the specific blog post that has been nominated.
