Sayang! Kase nung inemail niyo ko na I should submit 5 articles from my blog.
Di ko sinunod…. di kase ako motivated walang cash prizes sa finalist eh. (mukhang pera) JOKE! Ang totoo nakalimutan ko talaga.
Good thing, finalist ako sa isa pang category. I’m just wondering bakit wala ang Starmometer ni CD sa finalist. Anyway I’m rooting for Ed Arevalo, siya lang ang kilala ko sa nominees.

I don’t see something special sa mga blogs na nominated except for Supreme.ph which is powered by Philippine Star and authored by various personalities.
How come wala ang PEP.ph, Rickey.org at Starmometer.com? If PEP cant be considered as blog, Rickey and Starmometer have wordpress as their platforms, they are 100% blogs and i think they are the best.

They are not raising hell dahil valid naman at civilized ang mga arguments nila. Saka it doesn’t depend kung bago o luma ang site mo para manominate. Check the nominees, mga bago rin sila. Tama ka, subjective ang mga judges. Dapat friendster mo sila. Tignan mo ung mga nominees hehehe.

I think these bloggers know that they or someone they know nominated their blogs that’s why they raise the question bakit hindi nominated ang mga most deserving. Sge nga, honestly, ilang percent sa lahat ng nominees ang nagnominate sa sarili nilang blogs. More than 50% perhaps?
I think the argument is more on the comparison with the nominated (finalists) blogs to those popular blogs with thousands of followers.

Based from Topblogs.com.ph, the most visited blogs (meaning those blogs with thousands of followers) were snubbed. 1) Starmometer 2) Yugatech 3) Showbiz Intriga 4) Skirmisher 5) Selplana 6) Manila Gay Guy etc. etc. etc.
Isa lang masasabi ko. People knows best. There’s no better award than the following of the people who reads your blog. Best Blog ka nga wala namang nagbabasa.
Suggestion: Dapat meron ding People’s Choice Award.

With regards to the 5 blog posts, i think its kinda mababaw kung hindi nila inonominate ang blog/site dahil hindi lang nakapag-submit ng 5 blog posts. But then again, baka ito nga ang dahilan bakit hindi nanominate ang mga “more deserving” na blogs like Julia-Aquino.blogspot.com, the fastest-growing blog in Philippine history.

if you check, supreme.ph uses wordpress… and their format is just like any other blog. all things considered, starmometer looks more like a “site” than a “blog”. what IS the difference?
