Answering the question who can I nominate for the Philippine Blog Award 2008? Who are eligible? Once nominated what should the nominee do?

So you have a blog, post or blogger in mind. Are they eligible? What is the minimum criteria for eligibility?

It must be:

I. Filipino owned.

II. Non-corporate (i.e blogs that belong to publishing / media groups).

III. PBA Founders, officers and members of the PBA Board of Directors, their blogs , and blog projects they worked on are automatically disqualified from being nominated.

IV. For the Best Blog Division: The blog must have been established at least four months before April 2008. And for blogs should have at least maintained for three months a regular post at least every two weeks for. While for podcasts and videocasts a monthly post for three months.

V. For the Best Post Division: The post/videocast/podcast must have been published from April 2007 to April 2008.

VI. For the Special Awards Division: Nominees for the award must at least have been established, introduced, and blogging for at least a year or within the year.

VII. Submitted blogs and post should contain the necessary authorization to use the images, audio, text and other content.

VIII. And the owner/blogger of the blog must accept the nomination.
