ermm benj, your PR wont be affected if you migrate your hosting into a new one. Not unless, you changed your domain.

Although I noticed that not all these blogs are best suited for the category it was included, I am just presenting the list in this manner for a quick review. I just hope the judges will later do the proper categorization of each entry. And also, the Special Awards can be awarded to any of the nominees in whatever category. Like for example, the Bloggersâ€™ Choice Award or the Best Blog Design can be given to an entry in the Personal category eventhough that blog site was not submitted in the Special Awards category [...]

I have no idea how it’s going to be done but I think the “Personal” category needs to be further subdivided to more categories for next year. I think it’s hard to pit straight-up commentary blogs against humorous blogs. Just a suggestion.
