yup it is. Specifiically the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium. A really nice place
it sounds so formal (so does the description from the podcast on noemi’s post), that one tends to think of the oscars.

Will it be broadcast live via CNN so at least we can watch it here in Philadelphia? Also, what am I supposed to do? Should I call Imelda Marcos to be my representative? I already have my speech! I already called Monique Lhuiller for my gown! Should I send the trucks to haul ollll of my awards even from those that I was not nominated? I mean, what about us outside of the Philippines? No mention?!
